Shantigarbha
Shantigarbha (Chris Warren) is an international NVC trainer. He is certified with the International Centre for Nonviolent Communication. Shantigarbha studied Classics and Philosophy at Oxford University before embarking on a career in NGOs and Arts Publishing. He was ordained into the Western Buddhist Order in 1996 and given the name Shantigarbha, which means 'Seed of Peace'.

For the last four years he's been leading NVC trainings and retreats with trainers in the UK, continental Europe, India and the USA, and offering coaching for individuals and couples. He's been the Men's Regional Order Convenor for the Eastern Region of the Western Buddhist Order in the UK. He's been active in the FWBO Mediators Panel. In the last year he's been learning how to apply Sociocracy and has joined the staff at www.123TelephoneMediation.org.uk (see also www.CommunicatingNeeds.org.uk)

Christa Gronow

Christa Gronow comes from the Hunsrück in Germany. She works as a family social worker, and is a certified trainer with the Centre for Nonviolent Communication. In the last three years she has been working with the Rheinland-Pfalz Social Welfare program to establish a project for supporting children who are not yet integrated into the school system. She is developing a project with local kindergartens to establish NVC in daily life. She also accompanies groups and individuals in their process.
She enjoys supporting people who are out of touch with themselves to stay in touch. She wants to live in a peaceful world and is hopeful when this starts with a peaceful connection with ourselves.
